New Crowntail betta

My new crowntail betta, not only is gorgeous but he has such personality. He was incredibly difficult to get a picture of, so some not so clear but do show off his incredible finnage.

He is georgeous !!! We have a crown tail that is no longer a crown , from what I read they tend to loose them ?

Thanks! I've never had a crowntail long enough for it to lose it's crown tail. I'm not sure if that is something that regularily happens.

I've had my crowntail for a year and three months now. He is just as active and beautiful as the day I got him. He lost one "crown" from his anal fin that I can see. The rest are just as long as when he was younger.

I had another crowntail a few years ago and he didn't lose any "crowns" or fin length either.
