Is this under some kind of rain shield?

How do you maintain water parameters if it has no covering?

I've wanted to do an exterior tank, but never thought it could be maintained stabbally.

yes there is a shield, a transparent roof for preventing direct sunlight. and i leave in the philippines the weather here are not a mojor problem for maintaining water parameters because i'm here in hot country and we don't use heater for our tank.
