He is about 5-6 inches from top to bottom when he does a full display. His body is 4 maybe 4-4 1/2 inches without tail.

3 and 5 are both freshwater angels. 1,2, and 6 are appistos of some sort. Number 4 looks like a peppered corydoras.

I've only seen Angels in fish stores, and their fins are always chewed up. That is an incredible fish.

Mine is nowhere near that size! But I love his personality. I can hand feed him flakes and bloodworms.

Thanks guys. Anne I have two of them so I have my fingers crossed. The first apisto is a cacatuoides the second is a agassizi.

The angels you see in pet store are crowded and not well cared for. Give them space, lots of water changes and good food and that is what you wind up with. I bought him on aquabid he was about the size of a quarter maybe a bit bigger.
