Pictures of my betta

Here are some pictures of my betta.

In the first one, he's hiding out on the heater suction cup! In the second one, he's sleeping in his silk plant.

These are just cute pictures! There's a better picture of him in my gallery -- the first picture. I estimate that he's a year and 8 months old. He's a sweet little fishy!

You can see the divider in the one picture--I'm going to take that out this weekend. He's been by himself in the tank for a few weeks now, and I think I'll just let him have the rest of the tank. I got more of the silk plants that he likes. Then I'll get a full tank picture.

Omg. That second pic is adorable! I just got my first betta; I put some floating live plant in his new tank and almost immediately he went and took a nap on it. I see I'm gonna have to bring the camera into work (where he is) and see if I can get such cute pictures.

Heh so far he's doing great (least I think so; tis his first weekend alone at work).

Dunno what the floating plant is...I know its something common, but I don't know the name. When I get the pic, you can identify it for me LOL
