Sure is, lots of water changes until I find a home for four of the adults....but.... everyone is healthy, no nipping.. parameters are always good and stable

Probably lots of water changes. Maybe some polyfill and/or carbon.

Thanks. Its alot of maintenance . id love a 200 gallon but holy water changes

I feel Half your water thrown away weekly
and too much filtration is the golden rule

But yes also

Filter floss, purigen and carbon
Quality food that doesn't cloud the water when they eat

Even with my over stocked levels, the golden rule keeps water clear and never an odor ever

In the aqua clear 110 I use

Factory sponge
Filter floss
Bio rings
Filter Floss
Two small bags (purigen and carbon)
Then filter floss again

All jammed in there
Times two filters

fed them did a 75 percent water change trying to get crystal clear water again
