Wow! That shrimp is the bluest I have ever seen. What species is it?

If it's a Blue Velvet, I believe it's a colour morph of a regular red cherry shrimp (neocaridina heteropoda). They sell them locally and I'm considering getting some for myself. Beautiful shrimp.

I hadn't heard of these, but just looked them up. They are really cool! Are they hard to keep? It sounds like they stay really tiny. Do you keep them in a shrimp-only tank?

Nah, they are really easy to keep. They also don't require brackish water to spawn successfully. I believe they stay slightly smaller than RCS but they are just as prolific. Yes, I do keep them in a species-only tank.
