Yes it is a brain coral. That is kind of a rare color for them. Thanks

Cool, Mike, I think I may have found my first coral. Are they difficult to keep. I read a little on LA, do you have any other suggestions?

That one was a branching torch and two of the heads had to be pulled off due to brown jelly disease. Other than that it seems OK. All of my corals are soft or LPS corals that are fairly hardy corals. Just check out my gallery to get some suggestions.
