Requesting Pictures of your Stand

I am currently working on plans to build an Oak Stand for my 60 gal SW setup. I would love to see pictures of everyones entire setup including stand and canopy.

Harmy, looks great!! have you thought about making a canopy also?? Others, thanks so much for the links. BroncoFan, yours is HUGE, but looks fabulous! Keep em coming guys

only if i have to. i really like the open top look. ill build a canopy if i have to house the lights but if i can get some with legs im going to go that route. i just really like the clean look of an open top. i will be doing something with egg crate or net of some kind to keep the fish from jumping.

Still need to add the doors which i just haven't gotten around to staining yet. Also need to find a better sump so i can add dividers

Thanks thats about the only part i did was the tiling haha oh and the staining. My dad did all the building lucky me

neilanh..the rope molding looks nice. very nice man. did u use 2X4's

Yeah, 2x4s (pressure treated) and 1/2" sandeply for the skin, then I used a nice piece of 3/4" ply for the top piece.
