short macro vid of dwarf gourami, some neon tetra

Hi ... my new dwarf gourami started doing his dance thing up against the glass.
Lots of fluttering of fins - maybe a mating ritual?
Some close ups of the neon tetra at end of vid,
neons are breathing quick as they are new to tank and maybe a little stressed, hope they make it
