Here's the tank and a hitch hiker. It's a 75g with playsand, and 15 lbs of live rock

flame angel, 2 ocellaris clowns, pearlscale butterfly, yellow tang, 3 green clown gobies, turbo margarita nasarious snails, skunk and fire shrimp, a starfish, and some sort of non snail killing crab.

put some new rock in today. Does this carpet stuff on this rock need to be removed

I don't know anything about salt water tanks, so take this with a grain of salt :)

Don't star fish need a more established tank in order to do well? I thought they ate stuff from the substrate.

Again, I'm not a salty so if nothing else I should learn something.

Great tank BTW! I would love a salt water tank but I have way too much time and money into my fresh water one to do something else now!

I believe that's what I'll do. That seems to be one of the few instructions everyone agrees upon is to put a starfish in later.

last of the rock is in and the little hitchhiker(featherduster) is growin like a weed
