Can you get a better shot of that silvery one? Many of the characteristics needed to ID it can't be seen in that picture.

The other pictures look great! I especially like the shot of the CAE. :)

009 was an atemp to get a picture of it.

I ahve one like that, and one thats exactly the same except its orangish red, THey do NOT like the camera and if they even think I'm reaching for it they run and hide.

Funny thing is, I don't use a flash, never had on those fish. So its not like its something to fear..

A real skull?

One of those faux PetSmart Jaguar skulls :)

and sorry about the sizes, I don't have any software to resize them ATM

If you'll go to the showoff/photography section, there is a post about resizing images, there are a couple of free image resizing and optimizing tool linked in there ;)

Very nice pics, William!

On my computer, the pics are real big (I can only see a portion of the pic), then if I wait a few seconds, they get smaller, so they fit on my screen. They still fill up the screen, but without the slider bars.

The fish in the back of 009, the gold colored one (I didn't see any silver)? It looks like some sort of tetra, but tough to tell in that pic for sure. The crab and the first cat pic are awesome!

You must be using Internet Explorer 6.0 then, since thats an automaticly enabled feature in it. :)

He is silverish goldish.

I tried to take a picture of them earlier, and their still hiding behind the stump 3 hours later.

Their not very photogenic. :-\

EDIT

Arn't all Tetra's scaleless? Cause these fish in question are most definately scaled..

Hey william, I think it looks like a ticto barb, aka cherry. They range in color from a little red to silver green and have that tell tale false eye spot near the tale. BTW that cat is awsome!

Thats what I thought at first, but their fins are.. How to explain it..

Softer and more flowing than the cherry barbs I've seen. Longer too.
