What to do- abusive fish, small budget!!

My fish Arthur attacked a guppy and he lost half his tail. He is now in the other guppy tank to get back on his fins. But this isn't the first time. Arthur (red eye tetra) did this to mcbites back on the 7th. I have a low budget. I cannot get another filter. I have a 10g lying in my shed but cannot afford accessories. What do i do???? Im very lost and don't want to lose more, and Arthur lived well with danios and guppies until earlier this month. Please help!

I woke up and he was on the filter. SLEEPING. XD made me happier.

Would a diy sponge filter or even just a cheap store bought sponge filter help? You could them move the cranky one to his own tank??

Sigh, i would, but he is a 2 inch tetra and i dont have room for something to fit him. All i have is a spare 1g tank. Hiw do you make a filter?

Sick. I think i know why. Im making a hospital floater out of a turkey box. Hell live there till he heals. He needs the old water.

Update: in QT, looks bad. Gave him some stress coat and salt and prayers for the best.

I only made one about my white skirt. The guppy, tidal, passed away yesterday.
