Wild corals and other critters

Thought I would post some of my photos from diving various places.

The last picture was of black coral (it appears white when alive) and was shot at over 120'

Very nice. I've never went diving before. I live in NY there's nothing to dive into lol. It looks like a wonderful experience.

I live in Missouri. We are a long way from any coral except that in my tanks.

Gorgeous pictures!! Texas doesn't have many coral reefs either...

Those shrimp were very tiny. I remember there were hundreds of them in about the area of a dinner plate.

Back in my fish collecting days in the FL Keys, there was a field of atlantic carpet anemones by the old 7mile bridge with each one housing a pair of these shrimp. As you swam by them, they all started waving their antennas announcing that they were their to clean you. It was always quite a site. I used to let them play with my fingers lol
