materials:
2 maxijet powerheads
1/2" OD clear vinyl tubing (length of tank + depth
2 1/2" quick connect couplings
2 maxijet tank hangers

these fittings fit directly onto the outlet of a maxijet 1200 powerhead. The vinal tubing can be drilled in 6" increments or so. The tank hangers pin the tubing against the back wall.

Total cost $12

Here's some pics:

The tubing would normally be against the trim, but i pushed it down so it would be visible. If the tubimg ever craps up, it can easily be replaced for $2.

Looks cool Jim - wouldn't expect any less of you :)

Photos are real nice to. D$%^, I've got to get a new Digital camera - well - next big purchase. Man, this hobby involves everything :)

Well, i think that my camera was obsolete about a week after i bought it. My next one will be a manual focus with detachable lenses...

Doh...brain fart.. yeah, that is brass. I'm going to have to "borrow" a titanium cap from work for that. HD didn't have any vinyl ones for it.

I just went home during lunch and yanked it out. Hopefully no copper leeched into the water in 14 hours. I'm hoping for the best.

Jim

I doubt 14 hours of contact time with the water is anything to worry about...

Nice spray bar, again!! I have been wanting to do something similiar.
