29 Gallon Sump Please Help!

So I have the glass baffles, the skimmer, the 29g tank, mag drive 7, and heaters. I want to have overflow line going into the first chamber which will have the skimmer and possibly heaters, and then i'll have the 3 baffles. the 2nd chamber would be a refugium. Last would be the return chamber.

I need help on the spacing between the baffles. Please help me...
