Adhesives???

Hi all,
I am going to be starting my first 3D backround tomorrow, and was a little unclear as to which type of adhesive to use, to first glue the styrofoam together then when i am done to glue it to the back of the tank.

Is any non-toxic adhesive fine?
Anybody have any favorite brands?

I use aquarium sealant when I did my paludarium. It's basically 100% silicone.

I also use super glue gel.

Thanks!!! I went and got GE silicone 1. I start carving tomorrow.
