Building a Light

I am currently building a hood and light for my tank... got everything working except for two or the lights. They work on a different circuit so it is different then the other light I have assembled in the hood. It is two 17W lights built with a ballast and a common household switch. I need help with the wiring...

I'm not much of a wiring guy myself, but it might help if you show us what you've wired up so far.
