Building a stand for my 10gallon

I have no experience in this. But I Think it's coming along pretty good. What do you guys think?

yup. That's the plan. I've to buy plywood and stuff. I'm gonna do that tomorrow.
i will keep you updated. I'm not sure about the canopy. I just wanted a simple stand for now.
 
That's more than enough to hold a 10g. To give you a reference, 3/4" ply on end will support a 65g tank. I would however make sure it's level to keep stress off the glass. Just in case.

nice job i have built a couple of stands myself and you can not buy a real hardwood stand all the one they sell are made of press board.

i agree. And they aren't cheap either. This stand cost me around $80.
