The glut is 1:1 (half strength). I dose 10-20 mL in a 20 g. So that's 0.5-1 mL per gallon at half strength. Or 0.25-0.5 mL per gallon full strength.

Reactor installation completed around noon. No leaks, no gurgling, flow is great. It is like the reactor isn't even there! I ran approximately 2 BPS today and no issues. Absolutely no CO2 bubbles leaving the reactor. Cost? well the Clear water filter casing from Menards online was $14 plus about $9 shipping, PVC parts were about $20. So about $40 total. This sure beats the AquaMedic reactor for about $130 and I have a better reactor IMO for a quarter of the cost.

Thanks for the update. Sounds like a winner. Low cost, reproducible design.
Big question: are drop checker(s) green, lime green, yellow green yet?

I have to buy some. I usually just use the PH test kit. Question: Is there a Drop Checker that has a good suction cup and will stay affixed to the glass. If I had a rimless tank I could get an external drop checker, but my tank is a "rimmed" tank.

I have a Fluval DC that I have been using for about 1.5 years and the suction cup is still holding firmly. I also have an all glass model and fluid (both from Brookster). It's only been a few months but that one is sticking to the GLA's just fine.
