Hi everybody

I have had a 35 gallon just chillen in my basement untill I was ready to use it,, I finally got everything to start it up when I noticed a crack ,, very small about the size of an eyelash and does not go all the way through the other side,,, this is the bottom glass where the sand will be,,, how can I fix it?? Or is it garbage???

Thanks

Personally, I wouldnt trust repairing it. Too much pressure down there. You can replace the glass (Our local Lowes has it and will cut it to size so others probably will as well). Replacing it will require 100% Type I silicone to seal the panels, possibly 2 tubes since you would have to disassemble the whole thing anyway (about $10 for that). Petco often has sales of tanks for $1/gallon. It may be cheaper and faster to just replace it (definately easier, but some of us never go the easy route... lol) .
