Curing DIY rock

Hello everybody :)

Decided to make my own rock ,
From portland cement and #4 aragonite gravel...
They are soaking in my toilet water tank from sept 27... And i ordered a digital ph meter because from what I've read the ph has to stabilize on 7.5 or something like that before you can start curing.

I currently don't have an active tank but i bought sand and rocks from a 7yo tank , so i have some good living substrate and rocks to take life from...
Its a 20 gal tank that only has those stuff in it and my newly bought #4 aragonite gravel..

What should i do before i put them in?

Cure in salt water for a couple of weeks or can i just put them in once the ph is in good level?

My 20 gal tank is full of worms and all other kinds on crawlies on the rocks.. Did see a star there once.. But im pretty sure its dead now didnt see it for two days now from the acclimation shock... (did not know its there)

As long as it stayed wet you can put it in your tank if it was dried then you need to cure it to eliminate any dead matter
