DIY 165 Gallon Plywood Tank

When I move at the end of the month, I plan on taking up a DIY tank.

So, I am having two plans that I am debating over right now. The first being a 6x2x2 plywood tank and a 4x3x2 plywood tank.

How would the price of glass vary? I know I need more glass for the 6 footer but a thicker glass for the 4 footer.

Also, should I use liquid rubber or a pond liner? What products do you guys recommend?

Finally, which would be a better tank just based on dimensions?

I did some sketches that I don't have pictures of yet, but both tanks would need the same amount of wood, 2 sheets of 3/4 inch plywood.

Would the price of these tanks be about the same?

Any tips?
