My bubbles come out at alternate seconds. One bottle one second, then the next bottle the next second. Should I put it lower down in the tank? It's only 4 inches in the water...

I think so everehere Ived looked said it's better for it to be in the lower part of the tank by the filter

yeah sure thing, the set up or the tank (or both?). the tank looks bland now, as I've had to remove literally all my fern. in the weeks leading up to my getting a co2 device, algae had started to bloom up top where the ferns were. I'll post it anyway but yeah, I'm sad about getting rid of many of my ferns

Just a question, has anyone tried to use brown sugar for the sugar part?
