DIY CO2 System Fittings
Hi Everyone,
I've been looking into [acronym:da8aeccbc8="Do it yourself"]DIY[/acronym:da8aeccbc8] [acronym:da8aeccbc8="Carbon dioxide"]CO2[/acronym:da8aeccbc8] systems with the help of some people in this forum. I was referred to this article on a [acronym:da8aeccbc8="Carbon dioxide"]CO2[/acronym:da8aeccbc8] system: http://www.qsl.net/w2wdx/aquaria/diyco2.html#3 I did purchase "Fourmost Products" 3/32 Medium Bulkhead Fittings from Towerhobbies.com so I could drill a hole thru the cap of a 2-liter soda bottle and attach the tubing there. Now my question is, is that did I buy the right fittings? I can't really find 3/32 silicone tubing online. Or should I be looking for a different size of tubing? Should I have purchased the "large" bulkhead fittings? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. |

your bulkheads are only 1/32th of an inch off from the right size.. they might be spot on.. see if you cant grab some cheap airline hose and test them out to see if there the right size.. [acronym:80d74099b6="Hope this helps (or) Happy to help"]HTH[/acronym:80d74099b6]
