The heat sink have 3 slot for splash guard, I'm using the very bottom slot about 10mm from the surface. Painted the back side of a semigloss 1.2mm acrylic sheet and that why looks very similar to the anodized surface. Having hard time drilling the acrylic, keep braking and creeping.

When I drilled acrylic I just used a spade bit. Worked great.

Still working on this project, got injured at work so thinks going slower than expected.
Module 1 90% assembled, software framework almost done, need to get some fancy UI and rework some function for future upgrade possibilities.
The only thing is missing is the back end cover, need to cut/drill hole for the DB9 serial socket.
10ch LED driver, PWM dimmer and com module finally fitted inside the heat sink.

Light running at 1%, anything above this will pointless to photograph, just a big blue strike.
Max temperature led's running at 100% no fan 56c, with fan at full speed 36c after 1hr.
Don't have par meter but have Lux Meter, my T5's at 12" have output of 50000 LUX, my LED push close to 110000. Expecting to be done by Christmas, will see that
