well guys no pictures to be posted for a while just checkin in lettin everyone know its progress so far i have forgoten how long i have had them out there but i have done water changes doing one now actually and i have been checkin my ph every time i change water with test strips have not seen any change yet so we are continuing as normal i will keep ya posted

around 9.0 its off my chart so i can give a exact number but it is a little lower than last time and i have not done a water change in the last 7 days so it is def coming down a little not much yet but it will

I did freshwater changes for awhile then I switched to using the water I got from my PWC's. At that time I was changing out 15% of my tank water every week. That helped to stablize the PH.

did a water change yesterday on rocks the ph is high before water change but not as high as last time i not going to rush this process tho but i cant wait!!! its going to look cool in my tank once that coraline covers it up

Hi all, im new to all this. just started really wanting a SW tank and never had fish before. i see you guys talking about PH and lowering the PH i have a swimming pool and i use baking soda or soda ash to lower the PH would this not work in this type of application? just a question..

i think i will let others answer this mhart i have never really thought about that but your not trying to lower the ph in the water but the ph of the cement it has a high ph rating and when you soak it in the water the stuff in the cement leaches out and gets a lower ph
