I will be making a 5'x3'x2' plywood aquarium using liquid rubber and after it cures spray it with Blue Kryon Fusion paint so that the silicone will adhere to the liquid rubber and seal it. Does this sound like a good idea?

Also I will be using 1/2" plate glass and 3/4" plywood for this build. Sounds good?

I will be predrilling the tank and make my own sump probably with 55 gallon drums. What diameter piping should I use for the intake to the filter and output?
