DIY Regulator

I want to build a 2-stage Stainless Steel regulator with an above average needle valve. Question: Where is a good website(s) to buy a quality regulator body like a Matheson, Praxair, etc., the fittings, and needle valve/metering valve?

Ebay is a good place to find a dual stage for cheap. Just make sure the gauges ate correct
