So, I got the glass for my custom tank today, the measurements are:

1x 600mm x 400mm
2x 600mm x 200mm
2x 395mm x 200mm

So it ends up being 600mm x 400mm x 200mm.

I originally got the sides cut using 2mm glass as an aquarium calculator saw this as safe.

The bottom was then cut using 4mm glass, I preferred the safety of that and asked to have the sides cut in 4mm glass.

I forgot to adjust the sides for the thickness of using 4mm glass, so now nothing fits.

I'm considering these options:

Build the tank with 4mm base, 2mm sides and then internal brace with 4mm (it's a frag tank)

Build the tank with 4mm base, 4mm front and back and 2mm sides.

Any ideas?
