DIY Thermoelectric heater?

Anyone done it before? I have a 10G and the heater decided to break a while ago, I noticed tonight it gets rather cold in there, so I was thinking why not make one with a thermoelectric heat pump? A water "cooled" heatsink that removes heat from the air and dumps it in the water. The only thermoelectric module I have is 65W though, would this be enough to at least keep the water a little warmer? Probably no need for a thermostat...
