Do most 70W MHs take M98 ballasts?

70W 70 watt 14K HQI DE Metal Halide Bulb Lamp Reef

I'm finding a lot of these double ended metal halide lamps, and at 70 watts, I am considering them for my tanks. I have several designs in mind. My question before I acquire a couple, is what type of ballast these bulbs take. Is their electrical standard the same as M98 lamps?
