Drylok/silicon curing time

What's the ABSOLUTE minimum time for:
A) letting the silicon cure before adding water
B) adding fish to tank after adding water?

I don't have a holding tank for my fish, so they'll be hanging out in an igloo cooler in the garage while all this goes down. What are y'all's thoughts?

I don't know if it matters but I'm running three filters in this tank. 2 marineland c220s and a fluval 104.

Silicon curing time is usually around 48 hours. Depends on bead width etc. Once it stops smelling like vinegar you're usually good to go.

As for adding fish, your tank should be cycled before adding. Depending on size, you may be ok with just transferring your filters.

Yeah, I'm fully cycled and my filters are all established.
So I'm basically looking for the silicon to cure in 48-72 hours (depending on how thick of a bead I use) BUT I don't need to worry about a crazy amt of water changes on account of the Drylok?
