Easiest cinder block free stand?

What's your favorite DIY stand that's not a work of art yet not exceptionally ugly or difficult?

have little workshop space, few tools, and no time ... Could buy a stand but on principle I'd prefer to diy one. I could beg a favor from a friend who has power tools if it's like 30 minutes.

Just a 29 gallon.

I was thinking about a cabinet base with something on top. We have a great construction cast offs store and I work for a countertop company ...

I myself have 9 cinder blocks stacked 3 high each holding up my 55 gallon reef tank. it's not very pretty but my wife bought some material with saltwater fish pictures on it and wrapped it around like a skirt around the cinder blocks under the tank. now, the cinder blocks I'm not an ugly site any longer.
