i have an Eheim 2226 that was running perfect up until about a month ago. i've totally broken it down and cleaned it. Cleaned all the hoses, removed the impeller blade, changed substrate, everything. The flow is very slow. in fact, i've had 6 fish die in the past 2 weeks and just today had to move the remaining fish into a reserve tank.
Any ideas on what i might need to do? the impeller blade has never been changed and this is the only thing left that i can think of. hate to get a new filter as this one is expensive.
