fish pool/pond

Saw this onlinne. Guy dug a massive pool in his backyard, and stocked it with all sorts of fish.
Basically, fish eat the bugs, and the plants filter the water. The outside of the pond was rediculously planted, and clear in the center of the pool.
My questiion, could swimming in this hurt the fish? People put all sorts of chems in their hair, their faces ect...
The pool was huge, deep enough to dive and long enough to do laps.... seemed fun though to have a natural pool

I've seen this as well and it looks awesome. It's perfectly fine for swimming. Just don't throw a huge party and pee in the "pool"
