Stocking could be a nice group of Neons or some kind of tetra and some nice Apistogramma trifasciata they are a nice fish. You could put some cories in there and a nice variety too. Panda, Bronze, Peppered, Emerald, Neon (expensive though)

Apistogramma trifasciata look like they could eat other fish
