They are Opaline blue Gourami, Trichogaster trichopterus

Hey fast fossil, im planning on building a stand for my 55 gallon tank with a smaller cabinet space for a single five gallon tank underneath. I have drawn up a blue print of what i want but got scared of making it after reading some online horror stories. I really like the simple design of your stand and was wondering how your stand was holding up.

So far I have had no problems at all the only thing is I think it is over done and weighs a ton. I think I could load double the weight and would still not have any issues.
