Glass Thickness in Plywood build

can anyone confirm or deny the appropriatness of my dimensions and glass requirements.

Tank is made of 3/4 plywood, 8L x 3H x 14"D. Going to have a 2" boarder on the font pannel with the glass being 3/8" thick?

The tank dimensions will not change, but I can change my glass order by Monday 930am. Any advice, comments???

Hey here is a site that has calculators for that stuff. This guy has also built one I think so he can answer questions.

helped!!! thx, decided to go 1/2" question now is do I spend the extra $$$ and get it tempered or go with regular glass?

My first thought is tempered but I don't know the cost difference and it not my wallet! good luck making that discussion lol and shoot me a pm when you start the thread!
