hmmm, so how much to make me one??? Looks good! Is the water pumped back into the tank? Or does it spill back in?

EXCELLENT work given this is basicly version 1.1. I would say 1.0 was with the 1/2" U tube and the .1 is a revision adding the larger overflow.

This definatly looks like something you can market on Ebay.

...thanks for the compliments. The water is pumped back in with a Maxi Jet 400 PH. Far as a price...hmmm...I hadn't really thought about it...would depend a lot on what kind of deal I could get on materials. Scrap vs new sheet of acrylic. I am, so far, somewhat disappointed with the skimmer. I didn't expect it to work like a downdraft or anything of course. The air adjustments are finiky...water flow will reverse occaionally. I think a Visi Therm will replace it soon. It is pretty noisy also.

Yeah...that fish bug is very contagious. No cure...only prevention. Lock your doors, shut your eyes as you pass the LFS, and NEVER visit aquariumadvice.com. You do and you're hooked
