Hey all. I made a diy moonlight set. it was working great. I tried to put a switch into the line to turn it on and off and I blew out all the LED's. The place I bought them from no longer seems to exsist. Anyone know of a good place to buy the LED's and resistors?

Well, I could suggest that IF you have the part number for the LEDs AND have at least one resistor with all the colour bands on it, you could do the following:

LED: DO an internet search for that part number.

Resistor: Go to your nearest Radio Shack

Or, you could get all your parts from an on-line supplier like:

http://www.newark.com/

Thee are also numerous threads on this site about making your own moonlights, like:

www.lsdiodes.com is the place i go to stock up, and send people too, cheapest price per led - .45 for a 5mm 5000mcd Blue led, cost of shipping is reasonable, and last but not least ease of finding what you need.
