Help picking a 12g nano reef tank

Hi---
I want to start a 12g nano reef with one or two fish and mostly soft coral.
Any preferences on what brand of tank to buy and what kind of upgrades you would suggest. Is it worth going for HQI instead of CF for future even with heat issues and cost of new bulbs. Buy the way, how often do each type of bulbs have to be replaced?
Is there a RO unit on the market which can be attached and detached from a sink. I live in an apartment and can't do any permanent installations.
Thanks for the help, I want to do this right the first time.

a 12 gal is probably small enough that you could just buy the 5 gal boxes of ro/di water at petco or petsmart and use those for water changes... a few people here use that and i hear its good... i was looking at nano's too... definately go for deluxe... dont know how long bulbs last... and the biocube is nice...

Thanks for the input. I was looking at the aquapod12 HQI. It has 70w halide. On line for $250. I wonder if anybody has this cube and are they happy with it.
