hole for glass aquarium

i got the glass for my diy aquarium and i also got a hole drilled for overflow. the glass is tempered so the glass worker made the hole and also a straight cut from the hole to the edge of the glass as shown in the photo (the straight cut is to relieve the stress of tempering) . can anyone please let me know if this can used for the aquarium. i hope it will not crack when filled with water to the full load.

That will not be useable for an aquarium.
