how to get 10,000K VHO Fluorescent Llights to work - Aquarium Advice

what do i need to turn my regular fluorescent lights into [acronym:91e962b1c4="Very high output fluorescent"]vho[/acronym:91e962b1c4]?

You need [acronym:c36fe59d30="Very high output fluorescent"]VHO[/acronym:c36fe59d30] bulbs, ballasts, and end caps. In other words - you need to replace the entire lighting system/components with [acronym:c36fe59d30="Very high output fluorescent"]VHO[/acronym:c36fe59d30] components. [acronym:c36fe59d30="Very high output fluorescent"]VHO[/acronym:c36fe59d30] bulbs are different, the ends are different, and they can only be driven with electronic ballasts, and the majority of normal fluorescent fixtures use cheap magnetic ballasts which just won't work.

ok were would i get some ballasts and end caps, how much money am i looking at?
