how to make a chiller

i was just wondering if anyone knows how to make a chiller ? ive seen them in petstores and there really expensive. any help would be good

Why would you need a chiller, is it for goldfish??? I've never heard of a chiller for a tank before.

I've read that instead of a chiller, just get a small air conditioner for the fish room. Much cheaper, and cool off the fish keeper too!

I have no experience with chiller or A/C however. Where we live, we worry about heating, rarely hot enough to make A/C worthwhile.
