How to mount lights inside hood?
I just got some gloss white spray paint to paint the inside of my hood to reflect light. I'm going to do that tomrrow. This is my first attempt at a [acronym:8744f5f999="Do it yourself"]DIY[/acronym:8744f5f999] hood and I'm learning as I go so bear with me. I got a Simkar 24" strip light at lowes. The end caps are fastened into a metal part. I don't know how to mount this into my hood. The light came with a ground thing (a green screw). But my power supply cord doesn't have a ground wire. Just 2 wires. Do I have to attach the green screw to a ground wire? Will it matter if I don't. If someone can please answer my questions that would help me out a lot.
