I have a ASM G-3 in-sump skimmer. With my new sump setup in 30 gal. long tank, I cannot use my previous piping/ball valve connection because the new setup has the skimmer sitting in the first section of sump. When I originally received my skimmer there was a outlet foam and adjustable outlet pipe. Any suggestions on how I can re-create that part?

I know theres a part at home depot that is like extendable. You could attach a peice of PVC from the outlet, then into that extendable thing, then another peice of PVC, then you can wrap a sponge or something around it.
