Could easily be a bacterial bloom then which is good and should clear up by itself.

No thats a plus! Just make sure your flow wont blow your fishy friends around the tank.

haha sometimes my gourami will be like "WOAHHHH" and kinda be tossed but nothing hard or bad just surprises him sometimes!

Have you tested your water by the way? Did you cycle this tank before adding fish?

I haven't tested, but yeah I cycled I think I washed off my beneficial bacteria like and idiot though when I cleaned filter 😑. That might be it
