LED question

I have a TaoTronics165w Dimmable Led that has white and blue lights only. Working well and happy with them. However, I've seen many systems that have a few red and green LEDS that bring out some beautiful colors of coral.

I'd like to avoid the expense of having to buy a new appliance and wondered if you could get the same effect using other single LED bulbs in a separate appliance. Here is an example: http://www.amazon.com/Weanas%C2%AE-C...ilpage_o01_s00

Any thoughts?
