Light Fixture help - Aquarium Advice

I'm trying to replace the transformer on my moonlighting. Does anyone know how to remove one of these strain relief fittings so I can get the cord out?

Pliers...you need to push in that little flat piece...sometimes easier from the other side

Use pliers, squeeze hard on the tab and pull putward. It might help if you put a lighter at it for about 3 seconds far away enough so the plastic gets warm... don't melt it, only make it warm.

The cut out has a lip on the inside, compress cut out with pliers pull towards you.
