light fixture remodeling

Hello guys,
I want to ask experienced reef tank owners. What light is more preferred for the corals? Should it contain several colors? I just have a usual T5 fixture and I have a plan to enlarge it adding more lamps. How many lamps should I mount there? These are dimensions of my aquarium 48″ x 18″ x 24″

One more question…Can these lamps light the tank with corals? https://www.mrosupply.com/lighting/...ballasts/1854545_flft513w841_fulham-lighting/ Or they need more light? I thought about 4 lamps for the beginning. Is it right?
